FUNCTION Lead strategic sourcing activities for logistics services and other indirect materials and services for Wrigley North America. SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES The Wrigley North America Procurement team is responsible for identifying and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives that contribute to three strategic imperatives: 1) cost containment, 2) ensure fulfillment and 3) drive revenue. In this role, the incumbent will manage in excess of $70MM in categories that include, but are not limited to, truckload, less than truckload (LTL), air, ocean and small parcel freight. This position may also support other regional indirect materials and services categories such as factory services, fleet or office supplies.

Years of Experience: 3-5 years sourcing/supply management experience or category specific expertise with a proven track record of success Degree(s): Undergraduate degree required – preferably in Procurement, Materials Management, Logistics, Engineering or Finance Language Fluency: Fluent in English Technical Competencies: - Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently, not requiring a high degree of guidance; exceptional leadership skills.
