Responsibilities:
  •   Responsible for driving team level improvement across key metrics:
    • Perfect order, forecast accuracy, weeks inventory coverage, DC service level and metric contained in select customer scorecards
    • Order accuracy, including processes to prevent order entry errors, duplicate orders & order miss-shipments
    • Drive improvement in the integrity of customer data (price, weight, case specification to reduce manual order processing intervention and deduction activity
    • Assessment, training and development related to VMI (forecasting, scorecarding, IBM system use/maintenance), Order Management (SAP, EDI, BE), and general business knowledge & acumen
    • Co-design and implement specific training/development needs of CSAM's and gain agreement with Customer Support Manager on timing/ method & delivery of training
  • Responsible to drive ongoing improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of all order management/VMI activities and processes
  • Provide resource for order management or VMI activities as required


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Logistics preferred
  • 2 - 5 years finance, accounting, sales or general business experience required
  • Experience with VMI is required
  • SAP
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skill
  • Microsoft Access Database skills a plus
  • PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong written/oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Proven ability to effectively transfer knowledge to drive performance improvement
  • Attention to detail and high sensitivity to deadlines
